Ideal and Pinecrest Homes sign $18,000,000 deal

| | Ideal Financial Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IFSL) announced today the signing of an exclusive Real Estate contract with Pinecrest Homes, Inc. located in South Jordan, Utah for their Sunset Ridge development located in Hurricane, Utah.
Under the terms of the agreement, IFSL will provide to their clients an opportunity to purchase, on an exclusive basis, single family homes built by Pinecrest Homes in the Sunset Ridge Development. The total projected retail value of the project is estimated to be over $18 million.
"We are looking forward to working with Pinecrest Homes and their team. We are equally excited to be able to offer our clients the opportunity to invest in a brand new custom home with views of Zion National Park," said Steven Sunyich, IFSL CEO. "As with our other Credit to Wealth properties, IFSL will partner with our clients on the purchase of these custom homes and will offer their cash discount as a vehicle to help offset the costs of the home. The partnership then has the option to resell the home with an extremely attractive financing program or to those with less than perfect credit. The net result is positive cash flow for the partnership," said Sunyich.
"We have 33 lots ready to go in phase I and II and we have a number of IFSL investors currently in the pipeline to purchase new homes. We expect construction to begin in the next few weeks," said Paul Shumway, Pinecrest's President. "This is a great win-win program for all involved and we are excited to be a part of this opportunity," said Shumway.
